What counts as an AEDT?

Any automated tool that substantially assists or replaces discretionary decision-making in hiring or promotion. This includes resume screening software, AI scoring engines, chatbot assessments, and video interview analytics.

Do audits expire?

LL144 requires a new audit within 12 months of the previous one. Paritas tracks expiration dates and sends reminders 90, 60, and 30 days before expiration.

What if my ATS isn't listed?

Every plan includes CSV/XLSX upload as a universal fallback. We're adding new integrations regularly—contact us to request your provider.

Can I upgrade mid-year?

Yes. Upgrades are prorated. You only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period.

What data do you need from me?

At minimum: a unique identifier per applicant, an outcome field (hired/rejected or score), and at least one demographic field (sex or race/ethnicity). More fields yield richer analysis.
